Business description: Authentic Chicago Style Italian Beef Stand

Type of food: Italian Beef and Sausage Sandwiches

Description of food: Lean angus top sirloin dry rubbed and slow roasted on site in our own herb and seasoning blend.  We reserve the natural roast drippings to make our jus, and brine organic veggies and peppers in house for our famous spicy giardiniera.  After trial and error had to go back to a Chicago powerhouse (Turano) to get the right bread. Delicious,fresh,and chewy the traditional ”real deal” Chicago way. So good and mouthwatering you will keep coming back for more.  “Authentic, big city beef on the sunny sands of Socal”.

Hours of operation:  Winter window hours 11am to 5pm.

Starting in early January we will be offering delivery service and call-ahead pickup orders from the hours of 5pm to 8pm.  We will be utilizing a third party delivery service with a surcharge of $4 in the Venice and Marina del Ray area (see map at Chicago Nick’s location).  No additional charge for pickup.
