Where are you from originally: Canada 4. Occupation or Business (es) owned: Venice Paparazzi, Kettlebell Boxing and F.I.E.N.D 5. Describe yourself: Motivated, thankful, positive and hardworking. Family and health is important to me. 6. How do you think other people view you? Hard working and happy 7. What do you do outside of work? Favorite activities? I spend time with my husband and two dogs. 8. What organizations do you support? I support any organizations that protects the environment, animals and human rights. Alex and I started a 501 C3 non-profit called F.I.E.N.D (Friends initiating environmentally necessary developments.) It started in 2006, just around the same time Venice Paparazzi launched. Once I have a hold on Venice Paparazzi I will focus my attention on F.I.E.N.D. 9. Who inspires you? My mom. 10. Define success: Living a life with no regrets or what ifs. 11. Finish off the statement “Life is… about re-inventing yourself. 12. What is one thing you would change about the world and how would you do it? It's very simple. Everybody needs to be a minimalist and we should all share. 13. What is your favorite drink? I like margaritas on the rocks and no salt. If I'm dehydrated I love room temperature water and/or cold lemon flavored Gatorade 14. Dogs or cats? Dogs 15. Describe Venice in less than 5 words: A magnet for people who are visionaries. 16. Describe a perfect day in Venice: Kettlebell boxing from 7-9 a.m. Coffee from Cafe Collage or even better, a wheat grass shot from Fruit Gallery. Playing soccer with my dog Butteface on the beach and then getting pulled on my skateboard on the the Boardwalk by my dog Pancake would finish off a perfect day. Nikkis, Canal Club or Danny's Venice for Happy hour between 4-7. Watching the sunset with my husband. Just being in Venice is perfect. 17. Anything else you want to share about yourself to the world? -I won a National Women's Amateur Boxing title -I have a Business Degree and I majored in Marketing. -My first name Edizen is a combination of the first three letters of my mother and father's name Edilberto and Zenaida. -Alex and I have been married for almost 8 years. 19. My pet peeves are: People who do not pick up their dog’s shit and people who don't try. 20.
