On a very windy day I am almost as exited to go to the beach as when there is a mazing sunset, I love how the beach is usually very empty (not everyone like to be sand blasted) but also love the beautiful and untouched sand patterns the wind creates. All this mixed with the perfect low light of sunset and it’s a nice opportunity for cool images. This one was taken with my IPhone X, as always it’s captured from Lightroom Mobile in HDR mode and processed on the phone in Lightroom as well. If you have questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Do you ever feel like little annoyances can ruin your mood or an experience for you?Try this trick: 1️⃣ Identify the thing that’s annoying you. On a scale of 1-10, how bad is it? 2️⃣ Identify something positive about the situation. On a scale of 1-10, how good is it? 3️⃣ Now that you’ve acknowledged both and assessed the importance of each, which one makes more sense to focus on? .. You don’t have to ignore the other, it still exists, but either the positive or negative side will be higher and what you want to focus on. It might be the opposite of what you were focusing on! .. I recently had Bassam try this trick w/ something that can really get to him. Here’s his example: 👎🏼 car in front is driving so slow, ugh! Level 2 annoyance 👍🏼 we’ll drive through the canyons safely and get home safely. we’ll spend more time enjoying our conversation as we drive. Level 10 positive 😀 mood shifted to positive! (in the past, similar situations may have ruined the mood) .. Give it a try and let me know if it works for you! 📸: @munopia
