Meet Hotel Erwin’s Chef Mason Royal

We are honored to have our new Chef Mason Royal onboard as the captain of our foodie ship! In his new role, Mason Royal will draw from his diverse restaurant industry experience to further enhance the dining experience at the hotel, High Rooftop Lounge, and Venice Way Pizza.

During his time at the forefront of numerous restaurant operations, Chef Mason developed his own personal style: modern comfort food with a focus on creativity and innovation. Born and raised in West L.A., Chef Mason Royal’s passion for food started at a young age. Chef Mason finds inspiration in connecting people through locally sourced, quality ingredients. He prides himself on truly knowing his audience and bringing people together and we’re excited to see what he cooks up for us at Hotel Erwin.
