Halloween on the Pier

An epic night had by all at Venice Neighborhood Council’s Halloween on the Pier!

It was a night of spooky chills on the Haunted Pier of Venice, where legend has it, every Halloween the souls of those who drowned in an 18th century ship wreck that occurred where the pier is now located, return to seek vengeance upon the living! Ahhhhhhhhhh!

Whether or not that actually happened is up in the air, but what is for sure is that it was a fun evening of live music by Music Box Micro Stage, treats and give aways from Arbor Venice, a costume contest with prizes from local establishments, epic ocean and coastal views, community, a photo booth by Venice Paparazzi, and more!

The event was a collaboration between the Venice Neighborhood Council, Washington Square Business Improvement Group, City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks, and Venice Beach Recreation Center, in what is going to be an annual happening.
