AZZ-IS  VENICE JAZZ/NOT-JAZZ FEST announces their inaugural event, set to take place SUN.NOV.06 from 12-7PM at the beach in Venice, CA.
The eclectic festival, created and curated by THE NONSEMBLE will be produced and presented in partnership with the Venice Heritage Museum, Just Jazz [L.A.], AllAboutJazz+JazzNearYou and Jazz Re:freshed, London [UK]. Our event is also made possible with support from members of the Venice Neighborhood Council and Councilman Mike Bonin’s Los Angeles City Council District 11.

The [ ]AZZ-IS VENICE JAZZ?NOT-JAZZ FEST is dedicated to Billie Harris and his AZZ IZZ JAZZ CLUB, which ran throughout the 1970’s on the street now known as Abbot Kinney Blvd. in VENICE, CALIFORNIA.
In honor of the man and his urban-legendary jazz club and social hub, we invite the Artists and Audience to a musical beach party… where you can check out The New, The Now & The Next in L.A’s ever-vibrant Jazz/Not Jazz!
