Venice Paparazzi was on the scene at Bartels’ Harley-Davidson’s 11th Annual Chili Cook Off at 4141 Lincoln Blvd., Marina Del Rey, California. This free public event included live music by Time Bomb, and a contest for the best tasting chili to be judged by Celebrity Judges. All contestants received a free Bartels’ Chili Cook-Off Apron.
