On Thursday, Sept 10th the Boys & Girls Club of Venice hosted its 10th annual Champion of Youth Gala. Held in the sand and under the stars at the Jonathan Beach Club, over 400 guests celebrated 3 leaders in the community, With help from the honorees: Champion of Youth – Baron Davis and Community Leaders – Sirah Vettese, Michael Wise and Scott Litt, the club raised over $400,000 to support the youth and programming at the Boys & Girls Club of Venice. The event was replete with live music, Club kid performances, great food, bidding wars, and celebrities from the sports and acting worlds. “This year’s gala was the best gala yet, raising more money than ever and bringing the event to the beach. It just felt very BGCV” said Board President Michael Moskowitz. View event photos below!
