As part of the 13th annual Muscle Beach Toy Drive, Big Back Lifting Grips presents their “LAT PULLDOWN COMPETITION”, Sunday Dec. 1, 2019. To enter, please bring a “new, unwrapped” toy ($20 value). Registration starts at 9am, competition begins at 10am sharp.

Ladies will pull 40% of their body’s weight, guys will pull 60%. MAX REPS!! Handle to sternum, leaning back no further than 45 degrees from upright. Fast count of three if you stop, or that’s your last rep.

NO STRAPS – Gloves or bare hands ONLY!

Top three Women & Men will be awarded Icon Muscle gym bag packed with swag, and products from EarthNutri & Quest.
