In celebration of 80 years of Batman, Boys & Girls Clubs of America is recognizing the hard work of Youth Development Professionals through our annual YDP MVP Award. Like Batman, our youth development professionals do the hard work of serving the community by building ongoing, supportive relationships that foster a sense of belonging and purpose for our Club members. One YDP will be selected for exemplifying what it means to be committed to providing great futures for all youth, regardless of their circumstances.
