In what has to be the most epic remodel ever, the Waldorf building on Westminster  upgraded, restored, and reimagined is now open as the Venice V Hotel.

Words don’t really do it justice, so we have included photos we shot at the soft opening party, as well as links to press features about the hotel.

About the Venice V Hotel:

A Historic Hotel In World-Famous Venice Beach.  From its original residents Charlie Chaplin and the Z-Boys of Dogtown, our historic hotel has been home to some of California’s most legendary icons. Restored to capture the independent spirit of the city, our landmark hotel in Venice Beach boasts spacious rooms and suites, each outfitted with original decor and scenic ocean views. Designed for dreamers and doers with a thirst for life, Venice V Hotel encourages guests to write their own story here—in our vibrant, eclectic, and undeniably original neighborhood.

Truly One-of-a-Kind Rooms & Suites

Discover spaces as unique as the Venice story inside our one-of-a-kind rooms, suites, and spacious bungalows. Our three distinct room themes borrow design inspiration from Venice’s colorful history and iconic characters — including the beachy, breezy bohemian; the moody, soulful artist; and the Dogtown skater, an ode to skate and DIY culture.
