We’ll be ready for you early on Memorial Day…serving our Cloud Pancakes, Churro French Toast, Frozen Margaritas, Mimosas ($25 for a bottle with OJ;), Tacos galore and much more.

With its homage to south-of-the-border cuisine, NUEVA is the creation of restaurateurs Jared Meisler, and Dave & Patti Reiss (Reiss Co). This laid-back contemporary mid-century styled cantina imbues the funkiness of Venice and makes an ideal choice to frolic and celebrate Memorial Day.

This Memorial Day, NUEVA serves its bold-flavored menu from 10:30 a.m.  to 11:00 p.m. and is designed for sharing and can accommodate a range of diners from those who are strictly vegan to those who can’t say no to anything. Begin with a NUEVA specialty, one of the many Ceviches, including Seafood Coctel with Shrimp, Octopus, Salsa Roja, Red Onion, Cucumber, Tomato & Avocado; or Vegan Ceviche with Hearts of Palm, Cucumber, Lime, Cherry Tomato, Red Onion, Cilantro & Avocado. Add a few Botanas Crispy Cauliflower with Lime, Jalapeno, Parmesan Cheese & Cilantro Yogurt; Nueva Chips and Salsa; Guacamole; or Carne Asada Quesadillas.

NUEVA’s Tacos offer something for everyone – Roasted Baby Carrot Taco (vegan) with Jalapeño Cilantro Garlic Salsa and Pickled Red Onion; Falafel Tacos with Black Bean Falafel, Cilantro Lebne, Crema, Guacamole, Sumac & Red Onion; Tempura Sea Bass Taco with Jicama Aleppo Slaw & Cilantro Aioli; Mediterranean Octopus Taco with Green Harissa Aioli, Pickled Red Onion, Chile Lime Mango Slaw and Mint; Chicken Tinga with Pico de Gallo, Pickled Apples and Fresno Chili; and the iconic Pork Belly Chicharron Taco with Chili Lime Salt, Cilantro Emulsion, Serrano Pepper and Pineapple Salsa.

Don’t miss the Ensaladas, especially the Smokey Caesar with Grilled Romaine, Tortilla Strips and Parmesan Chipotle Caesar Dressing; and the colorful Street Cart Salad with Mango, Pineapple, Jicama, Cucumber, Radish, Lime & Ancho Aleppo Salt.

Large Platos feature Yellow Corn Mole (vegan) with Grilled Romanesco, Squash, Summer Succotash, topped with Hazelnut Dukkah, Pickled Red Onion, Mint and Served with a Flour Tortilla; Wood-Grilled Branzino with Mole Rojo, Castelvetrano Tapenade with White Beans and Flour Tortillas; Mary’s Free Range Grilled Southwest Chicken with Roasted Tomatillo Salsa, Smashed Fingerling Potatoes, Poblano and Corn Salsa; and Herb Marinated Steak with Grilled Skirt Steak, Mojo Rojo, Summer Baby Squash and Charred Corn.

Finish with NUEVA’s irresistible Postres Churro with Cinnamon Sugar & McConnell’s Dark Chocolate Ice Cream; Flan with Orange & Burnt Caramel; and Tres Leches with Dulce de Leche, Chantilly Cream, Vanilla, Espresso and Cinnamon.

NUEVA boasts expansive seating with two large outdoor patio and spacious indoor seating.

Brunch and Dinner is served Saturday from 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
