A fun and festive time had by all at the Annual Venice Beach Winter Fest

Winter Fest brought much joy to the Venice Beach Rec. Center, and Venice Paparazzi was on the scene to document it all. A big high five and heartfelt thank you to The Venice V Hotel and Hotel Erwin for sponsoring the super fun and awesome Venice Paparazzi photo booth, and to event organizers Sonia and Melody for putting the event together.

Here is a message from the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks and Venice Beach Recreation Center:

A huge thank you from the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks, Venice Beach team! Thank you to the families, community vendors, The Venice Oceanarium, Taco Tuzo ,Molina Healthcare, STP Foundation, Venice Paparazzi, The Hoop Bus and Beyond the Board for providing free resources, photos and winter crafts to the community. We’d also like our city family, Los Angeles Fire Department Station 63, Penmar Recreation Center Baile Folkorico lead by Daniel Macias and Oakwood Park for sponsoring free coffee and pastries on a drizzly, cold morning.

The 2022 First Annual WinterFEST could not have been possible without all of the sponsors, community vendors, performers and especially the Venice Beach Recreation Center staff, who worked hard to put on this event for the community. We thank the community for attending, supporting and sharing their time with us. The Venice Beach Recreation Center looks forward to serving the families and providing more community events in 2023.
