Tony Palermo has been a champion for small businesses and served on numerous boards & organizations including the Marina del Rey Tourism Board & the LAX Coastal Chamber of Commerce. Tony’s leadership, generosity, and voice has made a lasting impact across our region, but importantly our Marina del Rey community.

Tony has given to thousands of charities, welcomed thousands of school kids to Tony P’s to learn how to make pizza, and served for decades on the boards of Marina del Rey Tourism Board, LAX COASTAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, and California Restaurant Association. Whether dressing as Santa for the Westchester Holiday Parade or championing local causes, Tony embodies the generous, welcoming spirit of Marina del Rey.
Tony P’s was more than just a restaurant; it was a gathering place for neighbors, friends, business colleagues, and visitors. It was a place where everyone felt like family.
We’re grateful to FantaSea Yachts (Daniel Ginzburg & Jasmine Lee) for hosting this beautiful celebration, to former LA County Supervisor Don Knabe for joining us, to Jessalyn Waldron of Supervisor Holly J. Mitchell’s office and Councilwoman Traci Park for presenting Tony with well-deserved commendations, and to Sean Steenson and Marina del Rey Marriott for hosting the after party.
