Event: On the Waterfront Cafe’s 20 year Anniversary

About: On The Waterfront Cafe is a Venice institution! Located on the north end of Oceanfront Walk, they have been serving up cold pints of hefeweizen and plates of bratwurst, schnitzel and stroganoff for twenty years.

Enjoy their outdoor patio on the boardwalk while watching the sunset and dining on traditional Swiss faire, have a burger while shooting pool or order pizza while hanging in the beer garden. On the Waterfront has it all, a huge menu, a great beer and wine selection, weekday happy hour from 6-8 pm and a prime people watching location across from the beach.

Here is a message from Stefan!

“We had a blast with a lot of regulars, some of which are costumers ever since I took over.
We had representative from Bitburger Braugruppe and from the Erdinger Weissbier from Germany.
Most of my neighbors from Westchester, where I live, came by, as well as my European Friends.
The only person missing was my daughter Alice, which is attending college in Denver.
Alex Hast and his Band the Blue Birds did a fantastic job to entertain us.
Christina Linhardt and Count Smokula did a few very entertaining parts with singing and comedy.

A big thank you to my wonderful staff. Without them, this success would not be possible. 3 of them are with me for all the 20 years, Chef Leo, Barman Hermann & Waiter Isidro. Most of them are more then 15 years at the Waterfront Cafe. Due to their loyal work we can maintain our unique vibe on Venice Beach.

Over all we had a very successful event, reflecting well the 20 years that we are in business here at the Board Walk on Venice Beach.”
