Stouts n Staches Brew Fest

It was a fantastic time had by all at Clutch Venice. The bands threw down a boot stomping country rock vibe as the mustache masses pounded brews and partook in a pig roast. There was shoe shining, straight razor shaving, cigar smoking, flame throwing, and more at this super fun celebration! And Venice Paparazzi was on the scene to document it all! Thank you to everyone who came out to Stouts n Staches 2019!

Stouts n Staches Brew Fest was hosted by Clutch Roadhouse, a Mexicali staple on Lincoln blvd. Owner, Oscar Hermosillo generously opened his doors and parking lot, pivoting the event from it’s traditional bar-crawl style to a block-party brew festival.

Over 250 area locals came together on Sunday March 3rd to celebrate and support the men’s health cause: The Movember Foundation.

This year’s fundraiser featured a full pig roast and BBQ sides provided by the staff at Clutch Roadhouse, as well as delectable ‘gastro tanks’ – a wildly creative take on the traditional beignet, by The Gastro Garage.

Stouts n Staches offered beer tastings from local California craft breweries including Venice Duck, Calidad, MacLeod, Lagunitas, Kolsch and New Holland Brewery, as well as pop-ups from MedMen, Getaround, and Dr. Scobii, mustache and hair trims by Service and Supply, cigars from Venice Beach Cigar, fresh produce services from Farm Fresh Produce, games from Futpool American, and live music from Patrick Ainsworth, Johnny Marfa and the Lights and The Jack of Hearts Band – LA’s premier Bob Dylan Tribute Band.

With live music, drinks, food, vendors and games, the 6th Annual Stouts n Staches Brew Fest and Pig Roast was an enormous success that couldn’t have happened without the help of everyone involved.
