Here are 4  ways that you can support Keep a Breast, and get in shape! 

1. Take 4 classes per week. For each member that registers and does so, we will donate $5 to the Keep a Breast Foundation!

2. Every 10 Class Package we sell, we will take a % of the proceeds and give back to Keep a Breast.

Here is a message from YAS:  We are excited to host an exclusive charity workout to benefit the Keep A Breast Foundation and help them in raising global awareness about breast cancer prevention through fitness and wellness.

Join all of our Southern California locations:  Venice, Silverlake, DTLA and East Costa Mesa in a 1-Hour Ride to benefit the Keep A Breast Foundation. The ride takes place on October 15th at 1PM at ALL locations, and is a 1-Hour Ride.   You can sign-up through MindBody, in the studio, or in the individual studio links below.
