Venice Art Crawl Celebrates Spring with a Metamorphosis-themed Virtual Event on April 15

Here is a message from the Venice Art Crawl.

The Venice Art Crawl, a 4x a year art popup event that has been around since 2010. Unable to celebrate their tenth anniversary in person, the VAC went virtual in 2020. The April 15th “Metamorphosis” themed event starts at 6PM on Instagram live on @veniceartcrawl and various artists will popup every hour to 1⁄2 hour till 10PM.

The VAC will kickoff at 6PM with Lauren Doyle at the Venice Art Walls. Lauren will tour some of the latest graffiti pieces made that day.

Headlining the Venice Art Crawl from 6:30pm – 7:30pm, is a collective of collaborative artists including Lora Levison @lorastahh, Juliet Lemar @juliet.lemar, Andrew Curtis @art_by_andrewkcurtis and Olivier Ozoux @olivier.ozoux.

Opening the hour with a twenty minute set, Olivier will take you on an EDM journey through beats, bass and soundscapes, as artists Juliet Lemar and Andrew Curtis will start to paint in their own unique styles, creating limited edition pieces, exclusively for the Venice Art Crawl.

Closing the set with a forty minute preview, Lora Levison will perform songs from her upcoming musical, “Father Daughter Dance,” telling multidimensional stories about her life through lyrics, voice, frequency and vulnerability.

Many other exciting artists will share their work including writer Aaron Haber, the creator of the “Non-Fungible Fiction” literary style bringing the written word to the exciting art revolution of NFT’s. From a one word piece presented as a photo to a 1.4 million word document, Haber only begins his work after the piece has already been sold and is innovating what is possible for writers in this new digital landscape.
