This is the World Famous Venice Electric Light Parade’s 8th Annual “Bike Fright Night” Halloween Bicycle Parade.

Meetup location is 1501 Ocean Front Walk, Venice Ca.
Family friendly Community event.
There will be a Costume Contest at the Parades ending location with cash prizes so stick around!!!
