The Pacific Area Boosters Association is an organization of business professionals and community members who support the LAPD Pacific Area. Incorporated in 1973 as a 501(C)3 non-profit organization, the Boosters raise funds to support the LAPD Pacifc Area Cadet & Junior Cadet Programs, the Police Officers and the Police Station. The Boosters also elicit community involvement in the continual campaign against crime.

WHO HAS AN OLD COMPUTER SITTING AROUND?  OLD SMART PHONES?  OLD LAPTOPS?  ANY TYPE OF ELECTRONIC NO LONGER BEING USED?
Bring all to our E-Waste Electronic Recycling Donation Drive happening on Saturday, April 27th from 8AM – 2PM at the LAPD Pacific Area station at 12312 Culver Blvd. Los Angeles, 90066.

Those who can not bring their waste to the station on that Saturday may leave it at the MOA Wellness Center at 4533 S. Centinela Ave .. just a few blocks north of the station. Drop offs will be accepted the week before from Monday – Friday between 10Am and 6PM.
Businesses who have a lot of waste may qualify for a free pickup by our recycling company, All Green.  To know if this is possible, businesses should call All Green at 800-780-0347, ask for Kendall and reference the LAPD Pacific Area E-Waste Drive.

Items we welcome include:

  • SMART PHONES (PLEASE UNLOCK)
  • TELEVISIONS, ALL SIZES – CELL PHONES
  • LAPTOPS, LCD MONITOR SCREENS,
  • CRT MONITORS, PRINTERS, TABLETS,
  • CABLES & WIRES

Items not accepted:

  • Light bulbs, batteries and large appliances

Additional Information

  • Receipts for tax deductions will be provided. Pacific Boosters is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization.
  • Working & non-working items accepted. All working items are given to low income families and seniors. Non-working items are recycled.
  • All hard drives receive as a standard procedure, what is referred to as a 3-pass wipe. You may request that a certificate of data destruction be sent to you for a $15 fee. (charged via cc over the phone early in the week following April 28th)
  • Please make sure that all smart phones & tablets are iCloud unlocked.
  • Recycling is done by All Green Recycling. All funding that we receive come from the state via the SB20 Materials Legislature.
  • All proceeds go to the Pacific LAPD Cadet & Junior Cadet Program, a leadership program, free for students between the ages of 9 and 20.
