Cinco de Mayo is coming soon and Venice’s OG Mexican restaurant,  La Cabaña Restaurant, is throwing two serious fiestas:  Cinco de Cuatro and Cinco de Mayo.

Fun facts: Cinco de Cuatro  is a play on words for May 4th, which is of course, Star Wars Day.  May the Fourth be with you!  Cinco de Mayo is also known as Battle of the Puebla day, and commemorates the Mexican Army’s victory over France in the Franco-Mexican War.

Take your guests on a trip to south of the border without leaving town with La Cabaña.

Since 1963, La Cabaña in Venice, CA has been serving excellent Mexican Food- a genuine taste of Mexico.  A señorita pats out thick hand-made tortillas on a brick-layered fireplace and a festive guitar trio takes you back to the pueblos of Mexico.
