RECENT EVENT COVERED: 4th of July at Hotel Erwin’s High.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:

Hotel Erwin hosted a “4TH OF JUL-HIGH” event on July 4th, 2011. It was a fresh take on the classic Independence Day celebration featuring twists on All-American dishes from their new grill such as Pulled Pork Sliders with fennel slaw and Sushi “Nachos” with Sriracha aioli. Desserts included Grilled Peaches with double cream and Roasted Grapes with whipped goat cheese & tarragon. So yummy! The 360 degree roof top lounged offered views of fireworks from all over Los Angeles, Malibu and Orange County. Good times always at High!

Note: “4TH OF JUL-HIGH” also marked the official launch of their Grill Menu, chock-full of succulent culinary creations from the Duck Confit Burger and the Heirloom Tomato & Watermelon Salad to the “The Dogtown” Dog, the official hot dog of High. The cure for the common BBQ joint, the grill menu at High will be available from July 4 onwards.
