NUEVA presents HALLOWEEN and DIA DE LOS MUERTOS in Venice from Friday, October 29 – Sunday, October 31, 2021. Pay tribute in costume and celebrate the Holiday for brunch, lunch and dinner with food and drink specials and a decked-out environment.

NUEVA, created by Chefs Vartan Abgaryan, Jonathan Paiz and restaurateurs Jared Meisler, and Dave & Patti Reiss (Reiss Co), pays homage to south-of-the-border cuisine. This laid-back contemporary mid-century styled cantina imbues the funkiness of Venice combined with a California mid-century indoor/outdoor vibe. Boasting two outdoor patios and spacious indoor seating, an exceptional variety of market-fresh dishes and cocktails on its brunch and dinner menus, offering selections for guests of any age, make NUEVA the ideal choice to celebrate the holidays.

HALLOWEEN and DIA DE LOS MUERTOS weekend encourages guests to attend the festively decorated NUEVA in full costume, while enjoying cocktail specials – Flaming Margaritas, Tequila Vampire, Mezcal Mummy and Zombie Cocktails that go with the rhythms of live DJs Friday and Saturday night and Saturday and Sunday brunch. Chase down the drinks with Chefs Abgaryan and Paiz’ Pumpkin Tacos with Pumpkin Seed Salsa and Pan de Muerto, among other NUEVA holiday special dishes and sides.

NUEVA’s Cócteles are created from the vast agave collection of tequila and mezcal curated by the incomparable Raul Yrastorza. In addition to holiday specials, try the Setenta y Cinco; Tepache Mule; Reina Picante; Sotol; Mezcal Negroni; Raicilla; Tequila Sunrise; Naked & Famous; Oaxaca Old Fashioned; and the de rigueur Frozen Margaritas. Cócteles are served alongside a rotating selection of Vinos (sparkling, rosé, white and red wines all from Mexico) and Otros (non-alcoholic libations).

Multiple dishes on both the brunch and dinner menu are vegan or available with vegan preparation.

NUEVA is available for takeout/curbside pick-up or delivery through TOAST.
