Sugar Shack (Miss Jessica), Danny’s Venice, & Their Most Serene Purple Majesty The Windward Krewe hosted the 3rd Annual Neptune Festival on Sat. June 29.    King Neptune Chris Crash Carson & Queen Neptune Rachel Toczko  were this year’s royal couple.  Many came out dressed in their summer soulstice attire to watch the King and Queen emerge from the Pacific Ocean to proclaim the start of summer.  It was a celebration.  View photo highlights below!
